Folding 14" Game Console (Black)
First off I wanna talk about shipping. I thought shipping would be like 2 to 3 weeks. It came in six days. Next the build quality. I can’t imagine this machine being any tougher than it is with its solid metal chassis and Arcade quality, joystick, and buttons Is just amazing. next the game selection. I got the 5000 title version and I swear if you can think of a game from the 80s or 90s it’s in this machine. I haven’t had to deal with customer service yet and hopefully I never have to. But with my amazing experience with everything else, I doubt that customer service would be any different. I just spent a month in the hospital and I got to play this every single day. Every single nurse and doctor wanted to take pictures of it because of kids or nephews that they wanted to buy it for. And of course, some of them it was for themselves. Lol 😊 so overall I give this thing a five star rating because it absolutely deserves it!
We initially had some issues, but we received a great deal of help and excellent resolution of our issues leading to being able to experience the ability to embark on this journey of awesome gameplay. This is a great product that takes us back to a time when we and our friends would go to the arcade and spend a couple of hours playing these games! Exceeds our expectations. We want to thank everyone at Samtronic for the job that they did. Sincerely satisfied customers.
The best system ever
Item arrived within a few days & was well packaged.
It was exactly as described & in perfect condition.
My only issues where with the operation of the devise as I personally found the button setup somewhat confusing & also the games where generally very similar & very basic even though I appreciate it's a retro system.
