IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING

 

DELIVERY TIMING

We offer free delivery worldwide. Delivery time is between 5-7 working days.

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email info@samtronic.co to verify the details. Samtronic does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of Hong Kong for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.

All units are tested for quality assurance prior to shipping, please allow 2 extra days for custom graphics printing.

 

RETURNS

• Samtronic only accept returns if the product is damaged during shipping. If the package appears damaged, please refuse to accept it. Please note that Samtronic does not guarantee the quality of all ROM games; We sell emulator console products, and the games are provided for free.

• We ship via air express directly to your door, and a signature is required to accept the package. If you choose to sign a 'Signature release' to have the package left without a person present, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

• Samtronic cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
• Samtronic is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
