Order Cancellation

At Samtronic Limited, we strive to process and ship orders efficiently. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a customer may wish to cancel their order. To accommodate such requests, we allow cancellations to be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@samtronic.co as soon as possible.

Please note that upon successful cancellation of an order, a refund will be issued immediately. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement, as this is dependent on your financial institution's policies.

Additionally, If the cancellation is not the responsibility of Samtronic Limited, a small fee may be charged to cover PayPal fees that have been incurred at the time of purchase. This fee will be clearly stated on your invoice and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
