Folding 14" Game Console (White)

I personally owned the black one and ordered this one for my wife. . I have to say I have played several different types of these class of devices, and the Samtronic Limited console is by far the best performing and sturdiest built unit I have ever used. So pleased in fact that I ordered my wife one as well. Oh, and the bonus extra controller in the box was a nice surprise!

The Samtronic 14” folding console is a great little unit with just about every retro console game released if you get the 5000 game upgrade. I really enjoy playing this console, but it come with a few issues. I ordered the upgraded stick controller, when the console arrived I found that the bracket that holds the stick controller in place had not been fixed into position. It’s a very straightforward fix; just unscrew the 4 screws holding the console top to the base and it was at this point that I discovered that whoever assembled the console had tightened these 4 screws too much and had caused cracks in the Perspex top. This meant after I had fixed the stick controller into place I had to use Perspex adhesive to seal the cracks in the Perspex top and allow to dry before reattaching it. I made particular attention not to over tighten the 4 screws. With those couple if issues fixed I’ve been playing on this console relentlessly. I can recommend this console as a great item, even with the few little issues I had. Would be good if it had a volume control, so
E game are quite loud.

Arrived promptly, hardware excellent, software (games) good, but could use a few more of the classics like 'Joust' & 'Defender'.
