Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our 90-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects that might prevent the assembly of the cabinet or affect your gaming experience. Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage caused by users, issues resulting from modifications, or damage from usage outside of normal gameplay.

At Samtronic, we stand by our products. Our skilled team is ready to assist with troubleshooting, and can provide replacement or missing parts during the warranty period. If an issue can't be resolved with our first-line troubleshooting or replacement parts, we will strive to provide a comparable unit to ensure your gaming enjoyment continues uninterrupted.

Please be aware that Samtronic does not offer an extended warranty and shipping fees for returned products are not covered under this warranty.
